All Pitches have Wi-fi coverage and can be hooked up to electricity (please bring an extension cord and CEE plug). All pitches have a water point, and 26 of them have a direct connection to the sewage system.

Our plus: for those whose caravan is not equipped with a moover, we can accompany you to your Pitch with our little “BOBBY” tractor.

Our small, quiet, natural campsite, on the edge of the forest and 400 m from the beach, offers you a whole range of Pitches to rent in Saint-Georges-d’Oléron in the purest tradition of camping-caravanning.

Whether you’re a tent, caravan, van or motorhome enthusiast (7.5 m max), you’ll find two areas to choose from. The “garden” area, with its delimited pitches, is open to all, while the “forest” area is reserved for tents and caravans.

Our Pitches for vans, caravans and motorhomes on the Ile d’Oléron

For those looking for an intimate, hedged Pitch, our 39 ” Garden” pitches offer every comfort for a successful camping vacation. Here, each Pitch is unique in terms of size (80 to 100m2), shape and sunshine. They all benefit from an electrical connection (CEE standard). Water points are directly accessible, and 26 Pitches have a direct connection to the sewage system. The La Campière sanitary facilities, with all their comforts and services, are easily accessible from every rental Pitch on the Ile d’Oléron.

Our forest pitches for tents and caravans

Under a forest of pines and holm oaks, the 11 “Forest” Pitches welcome you close to nature. Large and open, these Pitches all benefit from an electrical connection (EEC standard). Water points are also available close to the Pitches for rent in Saint-Georges-d’Oléron. La Campière’s sanitary facilities, with all their comforts and services, are easily accessible to all. The pedestrian zone allows you to bring your car close to the campsite while you are setting up and when you are leaving. For the rest of the time, we provide carts to carry your belongings to your car parked in our outdoor parking lot.

Camping made easy: our little extras for greater comfort

To make your vacation as easy as possible, you’ll find a range of quality services at La Campière campsite, enabling you to enjoy your vacation to the full and travel light.

As soon as you book your stay, think of your comfort by reserving a refrigerator, a gas plancha or a chilienne to be installed directly on your Pitch rental on the Ile d’Oléron.

So that you can travel even lighter, we can lend you baby kits, including cots, high chairs, strollers and bathtubs, to suit your needs.

There’s also a self-service freezer where you can store your ice creams for free, and for your enjoyment, a communal barbecue is available in a covered courtyard, where you can sit down at the table to enjoy your grilled meats. And to make sure your digestion goes smoothly, you can set up one of the hammocks in the “Forest” area for your favorite siesta to the sound of birdsong.

Finally, as soon as you book your stay, you can arrange for the whole family to rent bicycles, which will be waiting for you on the day of your arrival at La Campiere campsite.

Our modern, high-quality washrooms with PRM access

During your vacation on the Ile d’Oléron, you’ll enjoy a host of 4-star services. The spacious and bright sanitary area is accessible to all our guests. You’ll find all the essentials, plus a nursery with an adapted shower and bathtub for your little ones. A heated area is available before and after the season. Hairdryers are available on request from reception.

A complete bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) is reserved for people with reduced mobility, to make their vacations easier.

The washing-up and laundry areas were renovated in 2025, and a laundry room equipped with professional washing machines and a tumble dryer make your vacation easier. If your rental Pitch in Saint-Georges-d’Oléron doesn’t allow you to hang out the washing line, we can lend you clotheslines. And to make sure your vacation is always spotless, we lend you an ironing board and iron.
